Beginning August 26, 2024, students at Cornell Tech can access mental health support from a Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) counselor who is located on site at Cornell Tech. Services include in-person and online individual and group counseling, workshops, and referrals. These services are supported through Cornell’s student health fee.
RIVIA MIND
RIVIA Mind offers a variety of providers with diverse backgrounds and specialties. Each visit with the Aetna Student Health Plan will require an estimated $10 co-pay for counseling. Students with other insurance plans should check with RIVIA Mind to determine if their insurance is accepted.

The CCC provides time-limited (short term) treatment for people struggling with many types of psychological distress, including issues related to mood and anxiety, as well as the more general impact of life stressors. You must already be enrolled with a primary care doctor from Weill Cornell to make an appointment and should discuss your concerns with them.

Specially trained sexual assault forensic examiners (SAFEs) are available to meet and are located in Mount Sinai West on 58th st and 10th Ave.
