Immunizations

All students must comply with Cornell University’s immunization requirements. Cornell Health provides information for students who still need to obtain immunizations directly. For additional information click here. Students may receive immunizations at Weill Cornell Medicine Primary Care. Students must complete this form to schedule an appointment and be sure to identify themselves as Cornell Tech students scheduling their medical clearance.
